Thank you for your interest in working with McGraw-Hill Higher Education on issues of accessibility. In the following questions we will ask for a little information about you, followed by questions about your availability to participate in our initial set of accessibility-feedback sessions. It will take only a few minutes to complete the questionnaire.
How the information we gather will be used:
Information gathered during these sessions will be used to inform McGraw-Hill's ongoing Accessibility efforts for both our content and platform. Audio and/or video recordings will be made during the sessions; these recordings will ONLY be used internally for McGraw-Hill employees. Your name and other information about you that is not readily apparent in the audio or video will NOT be shared alongside the recordings.
General notes: - These are the first three of an ongoing series of sessions of usability testing for accessibility. As more topics are added, we will reach out to you again to request your participation.
- You will receive a gift card good at over 60 stores (such as Amazon, Target, Starbucks, and more) each time you participate in a session. We will also provide food when focus groups are held in our offices. If you refer another student who uses assistive technology and she or he participates in at least one session, you will receive $10 for the referral, up to a total of $50.
- Most sessions will last between 60 and 90 minutes.
- Shortly after signing up for a session, we will reach out to you to schedule it.
